We’re thrilled to invite you to nominate yourself or someone you know for the 2025 Workplace Leadership Awards. Nomination closes on April 30th, 2025, and the awards ceremony will be held during the Workplace Leadership Conference, Toronto on May 24th, 2025.

The Workplace Leadership Awards honor outstanding corporate leaders and individuals who exemplify excellence in leadership, making a profound impact within their organizations or communities. These awards spotlight those who embody the highest standards of leadership, driving strategic success and fostering positive workplace cultures.

As an award recipient, you are not required to pay the event fee. However, you’ll have the opportunity to invite up to five guests to attend the conference and celebrate this milestone with you. These guests whether family, friends, or colleagues will need to purchase their tickets by March 30, 2025, to receive official invitations and reserved seating arrangements.

This is a merit-based award, with no voting involved; recipients are selected following an in-depth review of their workplace leadership assessment result. To nominate yourself for the Workplace Leadership Awards, you are required to take our Workplace Leadership Skills Assessment and only successful candidate will be contacted for the next stage.

Please note that the workplace leadership award assessment carries 50 multiple choice questions and answers. Decisions will be made based on your assessment and organizational impacts. Successful candidates will be contacted via email.
