CANADIAN WORKPLACE AWARDS: EMPLOYEE OF THE YEAR
We’re thrilled to invite Organizations to nominate their employees for the 2025 Canadian Workplace Employee of the year Award. Nomination closes on June 18th, 2025, and the awards ceremony will be held during the Workplace Leadership Conference, Toronto on June 28th, 2025.
An Employee of the Year award is a badge of honour organizations give their employees at the Canadian Workplace Awards to recognize their efforts and contributions toward propelling the company’s vision. Organizations use this award to distinguish employees from their counterparts and acknowledge them for their disposition, attitude, and performance. This is a way to highlight an individual’s outstanding contributions and encourage a culture of excellence within the organization.
This is a merit-based award, with no voting involved; recipients are nominated by their organizations following an in-depth review of their workplace leadership assessment result. Employees MUST be nominated by a decision maker in their organization.
WHY IS IT IMPORTANT?
- Public acknowledgment of an employee’s exceptional work and positive impact.
