Till date, we have successfully delivered international leadership trainings in North America, Europe, Middle East and Sub-Saharan Africa and we continue to grow each year, building on our success and in-depth knowledge of the needs of our clients. We work with organizations in advance to establish what they need after carefully reviewing their organization’s vision, mission, and core values, and then develop tailored training to meet the required learning objectives.

Our Founder and President, Dr. Jamie Pajoel has over 25 years of experience in leadership training. In 2018, Dr. Jamie Pajoel received the State of Michigan Leadership Award in the United States of America and was also a delegate to President Bill Clinton’s recognition in the United States of America. In 2023, he received a doctorate degree in organization leadership from Myles University. As a speaker, Dr. Jamie Pajoel delivered over 1000 keynote speeches on Leadership as well as participated in Leadership programs at Johns Hopkins University; Carey Business School, Baltimore, Maryland; African Union Headquarters, Ethiopia; U.S Embassy, Abuja, Nigeria and World Bank Summit, Washington DC, U.S.A.
