We’re thrilled to invite you to nominate yourself or someone you know for the 2026 Workplace Leadership Awards. Nomination closes on March 15th, 2026, and the awards ceremony will be held during the Workplace Leadership Conference, Toronto on May 23rd, 2026, at Toronto Airport Marriott Hotel, 901 Dixon Rd, Etobicoke, On M9W 1J5.

The Workplace Leadership Awards honor outstanding corporate leaders and individuals who exemplify excellence in leadership, making a profound impact within their organizations or communities. These awards spotlight those who embody the highest standards of leadership, driving strategic success and fostering positive workplace cultures.

This is a merit-based award, with no voting involved; recipients are selected following an in-depth review of their workplace leadership assessment result. To nominate yourself for the Workplace Leadership Awards, you are required to take our Workplace Leadership Skills Assessment and only successful candidate will be contacted for the next stage.

As an award recipient, you are not required to pay the event fee. However, you’ll have the opportunity to come with three guests to attend the conference and celebrate this milestone with you. These guests whether family, friends, or colleagues will need to purchase their conference tickets at the discounted rate of CAD250 on or before March 30th, 2026, to receive official invitations and reserved seating arrangements.

Please note that the workplace leadership award assessment carries 50 single choice questions and answers. Decisions will be made based on your assessment and organizational impacts. Successful candidates will be contacted via email.
