Please note that workplace Leadership Conference, Canada will be captured in video and pictures. Conference videos and pictures are uploaded to our website and may be included on brochures related to our conferences.
I grant permission and give my consent to the Releasee for the use of the following photograph(s) or electronic media images and videos taken at the Workplace Leadership Conference organized by Jamie Pajoel International for presentation under any legal use.
I understand that the images or videos may appear on the website managed or owned by the Jamie Pajoel International and any other publication or broadcasts, including advertisements, leaflets, posters.
The photos and videos shall be limited to use for and will not be used for any other purposes.
We will not include personal details (such as postal addresses, or telephone number) on our website, printed materials or other marketing/promotional materials.
Copyright of photographs taken.
This Authorization shall be valid for years.
